Types of Therapy

🌻Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive one-on-one space to explore emotions, experiences, and personal goals. Sessions focus on building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and developing strategies that support neurodivergent individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and executive functioning challenges.

💐Parent Support & Coaching

Parent support sessions help caregivers better understand neurodivergence while building practical tools to support their child’s emotional regulation, behavior, and communication. These sessions focus on strengthening parent-child connection, reducing family stress, and empowering parents with strategies that align with neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed care.

🍃EMDR Therapy

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients safely process and reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories. It is effective for trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming experiences, and can be adapted for children, teens, and adults, including neurodivergent clients.

Finding the right therapist matters. If you're looking for therapy that understands neurodivergence, trauma, and real-life coping strategies, Blooming Bright Counseling provides a compassionate and supportive place to start
